Terms of Hire
A £50 non refundable deposit is payable on booking to hold your date.
Outstanding balance due 4 weeks prior to your event.
The customer agrees to allow photographs taken by the staff of Candy Cart North East to be used for promotional purposes.
Delivery and pick up to venues within a 20 mile radius of Newcastle upon Tyne are included in the cost of hire, outside of this incurs a charge of 50p per mile for petrol and additional travelling time.
Cancellation charges will apply:-
Within 4 weeks of the event – 50% of total cost.
Within 2 weeks of the event – 100% of the total cost.
In the event of cancellation, any breakage deposit paid will be fully refunded.
In the very unlikely event that the booking is cancelled by “Candy Cart North East” any payment received will be fully refunded.

Nut Allergies & Safety Warnings
Please note that some of the sweets may contain or have traces of nuts or nut oils; or may have been made alongside other products containing nuts. Candy Cart North East cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from food allergies.
Customers should also ensure that children are suitably supervised to avoid sweeties being chosen which would pose a choking risk. This is even more important for children aged under 5yrs. Similar care should also be taken to ensure children’s safety relating to plastic packaging to avoid any risk of suffocation. Candy Cart North East can NOT be held responsible for safety issues which occur from the use of equipment, consumables or the consumption of confectionery left at the celebration location.
